JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the revised P.P.O. on the basis of 6th Pay Revision has been issued, hence the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. However, it is submitted that the petitioner be granted liberty to seek revision of pension on the basis of 7th Pay Revision by approaching the authority concerned. Having regard to the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
