The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R. Case No.192 of 2016 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that opposite party no.2 solemnized second marriage with one Sunil Thakur and from their wedlock, she gave a male child. In support thereof, a supplementary affidavit has been filed.

No.38509 of 2022(5) dt.28-03-2023 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with C.R. Case No.192 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
