2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per FIR, informant alleged that accused persons fraudulently prepared forged documents and got the informant's land transferred in their names without his knowledge or consent. When informant came to know about the alleged fraudulent mutation, he confronted the accused persons, who assaulted him and threatened him with dire consequences.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that these petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners, by paying consideration amount, purchased the land in question, from its rightful owner, namely, Baban Singh. Thereafter, they got the land mutated and

Complainant, with motive to grab the purchased land, has filed this case with false and concocted allegation against the petitioners. That apart, the dispute is of civil nature and if there is dispute of title of the land, he may file title suit. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State and the complainant opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts of the case, prayer for bail of these petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Pahleja Police Station Case No. 111 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
