Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39328 of 2019(5) dt.24-09-2019 2/3 Penal Code.
Informant has performed marriage of his daughter with Binod Bind and said Binod Bind in association of his family members eliminated his daughter over dowry demand and dumped her dead body in the Ganga river.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner nos. 1 to 5 happen to be brother-in-law of the deceased, petitioner nos. 6 and 7 are parents-in-law while petitioner no. 8 is gotni of the deceased. They are living separately from the deceased and her husband from 13.10.2011 and have no concern with their affairs. Allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Not a single specific instance has been cited against the petitioners in the written report. After inspection of the place of occurrence, I.O. has found all the rooms doorless which rules out habitation of the said rooms by the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
On the other hand, learned APP opposed the bail prayer of the petitioners.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the

No.39328 of 2019(5) dt.24-09-2019 3/3 above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
