2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 02.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2330 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on 02.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2330 of 2024 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge Judge-IX,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64427 of 2024(2) dt.05-09-2024 2/2 Bhagalpur in connection with Excise Sadar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2022, Spl. Excise Case No. 116 of 2022, but the petitioner was not present in the state due to that, he could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time.

4. In view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 02.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2330 of 2024, be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 02.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2330 of 2024 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) guddukr/- U T
