At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 i.e. the Principal, Chief Conservator of Forests (Development)-cum-Managing Director, Bihar State Forest Development Corporation Limited, Patna by filing an appropriate representation.

Patna High Court CWJC No.128 of 2021(2) dt.15-07-2022 2/2 Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that if an appropriate representation is filed before the respondent no. 3, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter and in case, any amount is found payable, the same shall be paid, forthwith. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
