The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 765 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the husband of the petitioner has been granted bail and she in custody since 02.03.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above, this application for regular bail is allowed.
