The petitioner filed this civil miscellaneous petition only for a direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to dispose of Matrimonial Case No.629 of 2011. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the arguments of both sides have already been concluded but the suit is not being disposed of.

Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I dispose of this civil miscellaneous petition with a direction to the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to dispose of Matrimonial Case No.629 of 2011 within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1525 of 2017 (2) dt.26-07-2018 Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
