2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Bharatkhand P.S Case No. 21 of 2024, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 447, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution story, petitioner and other co-accused persons armed with various deadly weapons entered into the house of the informant and assaulted the informant and his family members. On the instigation of petitioner, co-accused Akhilesh Chaudhary hit on the head of the informant with spade and when he tried to save himself he received injury on his right hand which was completely broken. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41468 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/3 Kumar hit on the head of Vinay Chaudhary. Sonu Kumar had caused injury with spade on the hand of the mother of the informant. Co-accused Rajesh Chaudhary pointed his country made pistol towards the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner rather the allegation is general and omnibus in nature. There is admitted land dispute between both the parties. Both the parties belong to same village. Petitioner is a lady aged about 70 years. There is delay of one day in lodging the F.I.R. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Bharatkhand P.S Case No. 21 of 2024, subject to the conditions
