The petitioner, who was an applicant for being appointed as Anganbari Sevika, is aggrieved by the selection of respondent No. 8 as Anganbari Sevika under Ward No. 8, Anganbari Centre, Katar and claims that while appointing respondent No. 8 as Anganbari Sevika,

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submits that a complaint/representation in this regard has been made before the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur at Ara (respondent No. 5) but till date, no order has been passed on her representation.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur at Ara (respondent No. 5) along with a copy of this order and a copy of the complaint/representation filed before him within a period of four weeks from today. On appearance of the petitioner before the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur at Ara (respondent No. 5), he shall look into the matter, afford hearing to the concerned stake holders viz. the petitioner, private respondent No. 8 and any other candidate who would be the necessary party and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight

Should the petitioner feel aggrieved even thereafter, she would have the option of challenging the order of the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur at Ara (respondent No. 5) before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara (respondent No. 4).

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
