2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present modification application, in view of the bar contained in Section 362 of the Cr.P.C. and submits that the petitioner seeks to surrender before the learned District Court by moving for regular bail.

3. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned District Court and file regular bail application and the learned District Court is directed to consider the regular bail application of the petitioners in accordance with law, same day,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43505 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 considering the fact that this court has already granted bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the present modification application stands disposed of.
