JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned State counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 and 2, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his valid grievances or with respect to the lands claimed by him or/and if the matter has already been disposed of by all the statutory authorities, then file a fresh writ petition before this Court, after bringing on record all the relevant orders passed by the authorities concerned.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

The order of stay passed by a Bench of this Court by order dated 12.03.2013 stands vacated.
