The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 260 of 2015 for offence under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation made in the First Information Report, the victim girl is 14/18 years old who was kidnapped forcibly. When she was recovered, she made a statement before the Magistrate making direct allegation against the petitioner. This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Shiv Nandan @ Shivam Mukhiya is rejected.
