JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Mr. Yugal Kishore, learned Advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to prefer a revision under Clause 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016. Should such a revision be filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off within the statutory period of two months. If the petitioner still remains dissatisfied with the order passed in revision, he will have the option to approach this Court again.
