ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. By way of present modification application, the petitioner seeks for extension of time earlier granted by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2015 in criminal miscellaneous no. 33172 of 2015 for surrendering in the Court below. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to the illness of his mother, the petitioner could not surrender in the Court below within the time prescribed and, therefore, prays for extension of time.

In view of the facts stated in the application, let the petitioner surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today. The modification application thus, stands allowed.
