JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioners was dismissed vide order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74775 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioners is of recovery of 1627 litres of English wine.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have been in judicial custody for more than eight months and uptil now even the charge has not been framed and earlier there was direction to conclude the trial within a period of three months and the petitioners were granted the liberty to renew their prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period of three months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge, Gaya, in connection with Excise Sessions Trial No. 242/19 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 310/18, subject to the condition that petitioners will cooperate in disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
