2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Birpur P.S Case No. 65 of 2023 lodged under Sections 304 (B) 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is allegation of dowry death.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner is brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased and he has nothing to do his the family members of the deceased. He further submits that from the bare reading of the F.I.R., it become crystal clear that only suspicion has been

5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2024 having clean antecedent and charge-sheet has already been filed in this case.

6. Counsel also submits that the other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81580/2023.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai. in connection with Birpur P.S Case No. 65 of 2023 arising out of subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
