The present petition was filed against the order of rejection of discharge petition filed under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Learned counsel for the petitioners accepts that after rejection of discharge petition, charge has already been framed and evidence has commenced.
In view of the fact that trial has already commenced, there is no point to examine the order for rejection of discharge
