In the instant case, the petitioner have prayed for following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing the order dated 07.07.2020 issued by (Respondent No. 3), (for short impugned order) whereby whereunder, the Child Development Project Officer, Khagaria respondent no.4 have been pleased to set aside the appointment of petitioner as Anganbari Sevika from Anganbari Centre No. 218 at Beldaur in Khagaria on the ground that her certificate obtained from Jharkhand State open schooling is not recognized.

3. It appears from the perusal of the impugned order dated 07.07.2020 that the petitioner's candidature has been rejected on the score that the petitioner in which school she has studied is not one of the recognized institution.
4. The petitioner has not placed on record to establish that the school in which she has studied is a recognized institution.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in the event of institution in which the petitioner has studied is a recognized institution.
