The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that on 16.11.2021 at 9.00 P.M. when he was sitting with his father in the house when 15 accused persons including the petitioner came variously armed and started abusing and on protest, it is alleged that Mahavir Sah assaulted Janak Sah on head with lathi and stick causing injury on his nose and mouth. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Piprahi P. S. Case No.230 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
