JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 281 of 2014, arising out of Kusheshwarsthan P.S. Case No. 79 of 2011, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 427, 448 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
There are allegations against the petitioners of assault to the informant and others. However, the final form has been submitted and the case has not been found true against them and some witnesses have been examined. Petitioners were summoned under Section 319 of Cr.P.C to face trial. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case. They are
