The petitioner seeks bail in Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 48 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 366(A) / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that thrust of the accusation is against co-accused Deepak Kumar. So far as this petitioner is concerned, she has been made accused in this case only because she is mother of co-accused Deepak Kumar. Petitioner is lady and she is in custody since 03.05.2021. Investigation is complete.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47553 of 2021(2) dt.22-01-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Siwaipatti P.S.
