This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party no. 2 vide order dated 17.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46629 of 2018.

Ground taken for cancellation of bail is that opposite party no. 2 has criminal antecedents, which he had suppressed in his bail petition.

However, it appears that that order has been passed on 17.09.2018 and there is no allegation against opposite party no. 2 of misuse of privilege of bail or of tampering with the evidence or threatening the informant.

No.41829 of 2019(4) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 As such, I do not find any merit in the present application seeking cancellation of bail granted to opposite party no. 2 vide order dated 17.09.2018 passed in Cr.
