This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mehsi P.S. Case No. 188 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.1, above named.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48025 of 2021(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no.1, above named. So far as the bail of petitioner nos. 2 to 5 is concerned, the same is allowed considering the fact that there are general and omnibus allegations against them. Accordingly, let the petitioner nos. 2 to 5, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 188 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
