2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 18 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in retaliation to Chas P.S. Case No. 207 of 2012 instituted at the instance of the petitioner in which charge sheet has been filed against the complainant.

4. Despite issuance of notice none appears on behalf of OP No. 2.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 08.12.2014 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No. 18 of 2014 is hereby confirmed with the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
