Although the grievance of the petitioner is plain and simple and that is for inclusion in the voter list of the Motihara Gram Panchayat under Kishanganj Block of the DistrictKishanganj but considering that it is the own admission of the petitioner that by virtue of having got married on 09.2.2016 that

Patna High Court CWJC No.4811 of 2016 (2) dt.11-03-2016 she claims a right to become a voter of the Panchayat concerned as well taking into consideration the statutory provisions underlying Section 126 of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 along with the guidelines which requires a person to be a resident of a village of not less than 180 days, the petitioner would fail on each of the grounds for grant of any such consideration.
