The following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application. "1. For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the Respondents to appoint Guest Teachers including the petitioner in 10+2 Schools, Upgraded High Schools in District-Bank as for Sessions 2020-2022, classes are to be started for which order/direction has been passed and already code allotted to the upgraded high School.

(ii) For issuance of further writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents especially Respondent no. 4, District Education Officer, Banka, to appoint petitioner as Guest Teacher in Botany subject in 10+2 High School till the final selection of permanent teacher is made."

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Respondent no. 4, The District Education Officer, Education Department, Banka, for redressal of his grievance. It has further been pointed out that the same representation is pending till date.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the respondent no. 4, The District Education Officer, Education Department, Banka, is directed to consider the representation filed by the petitioner and thereafter pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks.
