The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 179 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioner will deposit Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) in the District Legal Aid Committee Karpi, Arwal while accepting the bail bond of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47345 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 petitioner the Court below shall verify the fact that the amount have been deposited by the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 179 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
