ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 12.4.2005 passed by the 1st Additional Session Judge, Nawadah in Criminal Appeal No.89 of 1998/207 of 2003, by which he has affirmed the conviction and sentence of the Petitioners passed by judgment dated 7.8.1998 by the S.D.J.M., Nawadah in G.R. case No.1260 of 1986 (Trial No.92 of 1998).

Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any merit in the application. However, considering the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
