2. Now, sole petitioner namely Anil Mahto apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 328, 376(G) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4, 8, 12, 17, 18 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner alongwith other two co-accused persons committed gang rape on the informant, as a result of which, she became pregnant.

4. The victim girl, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
