The present writ application has been filed for issuance of writ to correct the spelling of surname/last name/title in the name mentioned in the marks sheet cum certificate and other concerned certificates issued by the CBSE, New Delhi in Senior School Examination 2022/12th SSCE 2022, bearing Roll No.22633890 Registration No.P222/651182/0130, Admit Card Id-SN896548, for the Session 2021-2022, where the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9308 of 2024 dt.03-07-2024 2/3 correct name of the petitioner in all the concerned certificates is Shalu Sinha, D/o Dhirendra Kumar, Mother's name Nisha Devi, but the certificate issued by the CBSE it has been wrongly mentioned as Shalu Singh. Accordingly, in place of Shalu Singh, may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to make proper correction as Shalu Sinha in all the certificates issued by the CBSE for 12th Examination 2022 as required and for the same the petitioner is praying before this Court to consider her grievances as there is no fault/laches on the part of the petitioner in this regard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed representation before respondent no.5 but the name of the petitioner has not been corrected by the respondents till date.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.5 within two weeks along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of her claim and the respondent no.5 is directed to correct the surname/last name of the petitioner within a period of two months from the filing of such representation.

It is made clear that the respondent no.5 shall be held
