2. The present writ petition involve the issue of nonpayment of salary for the period from January, 2013 onwards.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that during the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has been paid salary upto February, 2017 and also for the month of September, 2017. The dispute is now confined to payment of salary from

Patna High Court CWJC No.11542 of 2014 dt.18-08-2018 2/2 March, 2017 to August, 2017 and October, 2017 onwards although necessary funds have been allotted by the State Government and as such there is no impediment in the way to make payment to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-University to see that the funds allotted for payment of salary is utilized for payment to this petitioner, as according to the petitioner necessary funds has already been allotted to the University towards payment of salary to the employees of the college in question. Follow up action at the level of the University and the College is expected to be completed within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
