The petitioner has grievance in respect of functioning of the management of Sone Sattan Inter College, Rajopur, Chhorahi, Begusarai.
On examination of the pleadings on record, I find that the petitioner intends to raise issues which involve disputed
Patna High Court CWJC No.7602 of 2017(3) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 questions of fact. There is apparent dispute among with private parties. The said dispute cannot be adjudicated in writ jurisdiction. The petitioner may either approach the Bihar School Examination Board for redressal of his grievance, as raised in the present writ application or file an appropriate suit before a court of competent jurisdiction.
