The petitioner seeks bail in Turkaulia (Baijaria) P.S. Case No. 677/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

From two mobiles extortion was demanded. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The police arrested the petitioner and forcibly took his confessional statement. Except the confession of the petitioner, the police did not collect any further material. The petitioner is in jail since 18.09.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32722 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection with Turkaulia (Baijaria) P.S. Case No. 677/2013.
