JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-12-2017 The issue raised in the instant writ petition has been concluded finally between the parties by order dated 19.05.2016 in LPA No. 486 of 2015 vide Annexure R 5/4 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 5 on the petitioner's earlier writ petition.

Perusal of the said order shows that all the inconsistent claims made by the petitioner that he has worked on daily wages since 16.01.1987 and for regularization of his service after 02.11.1998 and other claims subsequent to that have been considered and rejected vide order dated 02.11.1998 Annexure 6 of the writ petition.

The same is dismissed as not maintainable.
