The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 039 of 2022 under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution story, the death of the wife of the petitioner as also his son, Utkarsh occurred to the burn injuries.

A perusal of the FIR would show that the lady complained to her father, the informant herein of having been tortured by the petitioner of having beaten with 'rod' and

Considering the kind of allegation which led the lady to take extreme step and in the process, the young boy was also killed, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner and the bail application is accordingly rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Jagdish/NehaU T
