Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with C.A. No. 13 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 498A, 323 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The allegations are vague, general and omnibus. There is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner. Moreover, the dispute between the parties have been compromised vide Annexure-1 to the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
