The petitioner seeks direction to the District Magistratecum-Licensing Authority, Patna to take a final decision on the application of the petitioner for grant of licence for DBBL gun. Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the District Magistrate-cum-Licensing Authority, Patna to take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
