Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the direction under order dated 03.01.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 364 of 2010, respondent no. 3 has disposed of the representation of the petitioner but the same is not in accordance with law.

The representation as filed by the petitioner has already been disposed of by the respondent no. 3, in the light of the order under contempt, as admitted by the learned counsel for

Patna High Court MJC No.34 of 2012 dt.03-02-2015 the petitioner, no further action is required to be taken. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved in any manner, he may take legal recourse in accordance with law.
