====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 08-07-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made representations dated 21.02.2024 (Anneaxure P/3) to the Respondent No. 6, i.e., District Magistrate-cum-District Election Officer, Darbhanga, ventilating his grievance. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.9904 of 2025(2) dt.08-07-2025 2/3 present writ petition is disposed of directing the District Magistrate-cum-District Election Officer, Darbhanga (Respondent No. 6) to consider the representation dated 21.02.2024 (Annexurte P/3) as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. So far as the Madhubani District is concerned, the petitioner is directed to give a suitable representation to the District Magistrate-cum-District Election Officer, Madhubani (Respondent No. 7) ventilating his grievance within a period of 4 weeks from today. On such representation being given, the District Magistrate-cum-District Election Officer, Madhubani (Respondent No. 7) shall consider the same on its own merits and pass necessary orders in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. In case the claim made by the petitioner is found to be genuine, the authorities shall make necessary arrangement

6. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
