JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the University. Petitioner has filed the present application for compliance of direction issued by this Court on 16.4.2018. This Court while disposing of the writ application directed the University to take steps for payment of arrears in the light of letter dated 14.5.2015.

Mr. Arabind Nath Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University would submit that reasoned order has been passed by the University and all admissible dues have been paid to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, the contempt proceeding is

Patna High Court MJC No.2634 of 2018(6) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 dropped. The application is disposed of. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner, if he has any grievance unaddressed he may raise the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
