JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the respondent no.3 with regard to non-grant of the benefit of first ACP and second ACP especially in the light of the counter-affidavit filed before this Court. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding his grievances before the respondent no.3 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.3 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two weeks thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
