2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 152 of 2026 registered for the offence under Section(s) 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 112(2), 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he appeared in the written examination on behalf of his brother, Amit Kumar, by impersonating him and using forged certificates.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2026 and claims clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the allegation levelled against the petitioner and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 152 of 2026 subject to conditions that:- (i). The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner;
(ii) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds; (iii) the petitioner shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.,
8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is

Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
