JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(A) For issuance a writ directing and commanding the respondent to dispose the PDS Appeal No. 8-117/2012-13 filed by the petitioner against the order or S.D.M., Hajipur dated 11.07.2012/12.07.2012 whereby the PDS license of the petitioner has been cancelled.

(B) For issuance an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents till disposal of the above mention appeal not take any appropriate steps to appoint a P.D.S. Dealer in Gram Panchayat Raj Raghunathpur Imadpur under Bhagwanpur Block in place of the petitioner's shop.

(C) For issuance of any other writ/writs/order/orders to

Patna High Court CWJC No.6296 of 2015 dt.03-08-2018 which the petitioner may be found entitled to."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the appeal filed before the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur has since been disposed of and hence the writ petition need not be pressed.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and he has no objection in this regard.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
