The instant application has been filed for punishing the opposite party no.2 and 3 for knowingly and deliberately violating the order passed on 27.01.2018 by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 1870 of 2015 arising out of CWJC No. 2892 of 2013 alongwith LPA No. 1031/2016, LPA No. 1053/2016, LPA No. 1062/2016 and also for not carrying out the same in letter and spirit.

Learned counsel states that the present petition has
