ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-07-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 04.12.2004 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-IV, Saharsa in Criminal Appeal No. 18 of 2003, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 18.11.2003 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in G.R. No. 593 of 2003 (Tr. No. 158 of 2003), by which he has convicted the Petitioners. Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any reason for interference in the same.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.75 of 2005 dt.17-07-2015 However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the application stands dismissed.
