The petitioner being the younger brother of the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is of killing the sister of the informant after four years of marriage by throttling for non-fulfillment of dowry demand of she-buffalo, cash Rs.30,000/- and a motorcycle.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family. The other brother and mother of the petitioner have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9322 of 2016 (2) dt.01-03-2016 Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 28309 of 2015. The thrust of accusation is against husband of the victim.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
