ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-08-2015 The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 21.9.2005 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court Patna in Maintenance Case No.150 of 2004, directing the petitioner to pay Rs.3500/- per month to his wife-Opposite Party No.1. Considering that a sum of Rs.2000/- per month is directed to be deposited by the petitioner by order of this court dated 19.1.2007, I do not find any reason to interfere with the same and hence, this application is dismissed on the same terms of order dated 19.1.2007.
