The petitioner shall represent before the Chief Manager, C.P.P.C., S.B.I., Patna within four weeks from today with regard to any remaining grievances she has relating to revision of family pension.

It is also agreed that upon the representation being filed within four weeks from today, the Competent Authority shall pass a reasoned order giving detailed calculation and if it is found that anything further is required to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall be paid along with arrears within one month thereafter. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
