ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction in appeal dated 18.07.2002 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Patna in Criminal Appeal No. 215/1991, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 18.09.1991 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in Fatuha (Khusrupur) P.S. Case No. 415 of 1985(G.R. Case No. 1399 of 1985/Tr. No. 575 of 1991), by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Section 324/34 IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for two years.

Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any justification for interference with the same.

However, considering the period of custody and

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.843 of 2005 dt.11-08-2015 the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the Application stands dismissed.
